Fonctionnalités du logiciel OMNIDIA

Spécifications

  • Chaque diatomée est identifiée par un code OMNIDIA unique à 4 lettres.

  • Impression des résultats sous forme de rapports détaillés et personnalisables.

    Exemple

  • Possibilité d’imprimer jusqu’à 12 inventaires sous forme de tableau comparatif: indices et liste des espèces.

    Exemple (source données : DREAL Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi Pyrénées)

  • Mise à jour de la base espèces et des données SANDRE via Internet.

  • Travail collaboratif en réseau en connectant les clients OMNIDIA à un serveur HFSQL (optionnel et gratuit).

  • Export des résultats au format Microsoft Excel (XLS) ou fichier texte séparateur tabulation.

  • Utilitaire de sauvegarde et restauration.

  • Import et export des inventaires au format PRN (compatible OMNIDIA 5), XML (OMNIDIA 6).

  • Import des inventaires au format texte avec structure personnalisable par l’utilisateur.

  • Outil de comptage par programmation des touches clavier.

  • Les utilisateurs peuvent modifier les valeurs indicielles des espèces, et créer de nouvelles espèces.
